A day for me

Hi Hopefuls!

I’ve been a bit out of touch lately. To remedy that I decided to go for a run! (me-asthmatic-run?!)


A bit out of breath -but it perked me right up. I feel content and much more relaxed. I’ve also set goals for myself and intend on seeing them through.

Goal 1: Start eating more veggies.

Goal 2: Commit to your workouts at home, fully.

Goal 3: Ask for assistance if you lack the motivation.

Goal 4: Say as you do and do as you say.

Goal 5: Positivity is contagious.

Goal 6: You are beautiful. You are worthy. You are unique. Progress is key.
