Hi, Hopefuls !

Today I’d like to share with you my brave decision on loving and caring for myself better.

Recently I became aware (been in denial for a long time) that I was always the first person to finish my breakfast, lunch or snack etc. It’s as if my mind has this crazy notion that I’m a competitive eater by default. I’m also the first one to want to sleep. I have a bad habit, of this I am aware. It’s making my mid section balloon out and also giving me very bad breakouts. I am currently doing more research on Transcendental Meditation for my mental health ๐Ÿ˜› I’ll let you know what I find!

Before my menstrual cycle begins, I crave for salty, savory and oily things. I can successfully say that my bad habits are going nowhere, however I am eating slower and maintaining my exercise regime. Sleeping is much more comfy. I’ll be seeing a dermatologist soon to help with the exterior facial problems starting this week and will keep you posted ๐Ÿ™‚
